While Aya's attacks are weak and non-threatening, she will set up Tengu's Newspaper Deadline Day on turn one to increase her evade dramatically, and it will be quite hard for you to hit her with physical attacks. Since it's very unlikely that you have a character here with another field magic, you will have to bear it. Sanae's accuracy boosts can be quite helpful, and Mokou's Fujiyama Volcano ignores evade and packs a lot of heat as well (give her Kusanagi if you have it for the slayer effect). Overall, as long as you can punch through her evade, she's no problem.
After the battle, Aya will rejoin your party.
