Hakurei Jinja Reitaisai (博麗神社例大祭) is a Touhou-specific convention in Japan that takes place in Ikebukuro every year in Spring. It was started in the year 2004 as a way for Team Shanghai Alice to publicly distribute trial versions of upcoming games to the fans well in advance of their release on the internet.
