As Konngara has no profile and exchanges no dialogue with Reimu, she may simply be regarded as a generic boss enemy.

• Vaguely resembles Reimu Hakurei...perhaps a relative or ancestor?
• "Konngara" is a numerical value, equivalent to 10 to the power of 112.
• Konngara is often depicted to be a Oni because of the horn on her head. There is even a fan theory that Konngara could very well be one of the four deva's of the mountains.
