World 4: Scarlet Devil Mansion
4-1-1[]
Make your way to the end of the level.
At the last thwomp fuzz before Chibi Koakuma, let it fall, then repeatedly drill on it until it rises up to the top. Enter the corridor and you'll find Adult Koakuma.
4-1-3[]
Obtain the broom from the end of the level, then head all the way back to the first room. Head to the pipe at the end, then enter the bottom corridor to the left of the pipe. Clear out the enemies, then use it as a runway to takeoff.
Fly past the pipe you went in last time to the next one.
Work your way through this next room and enter the pipe. Beware the thwomp fuzz by the pipe and the pit at the first drop. Keep going until you reach Koakuma at the end.
